The apartment is bright and spacious, conveniently located near Jing'an Temple, which is a perfect location to reach all the main attraction in Shanghai. The fact that there were a washing machine and dryer allowed me to take less clothes and have more space in my luggage for souvenirs. The apartment is located in a residential area and I loved that I was staying among locals, no tourists there. It gave me the chance to witness the locals everyday life and that is extra point for me! The mattress is quite firm, and I'm usually not used to that, but I slept like a baby every night. Lily was so kind and communication with her was perfect since the very beginning, she gave me a lot of tips and suggestions and I felt really looked after. I highly recommend this solution for your trip to Shanghai, I would definitely book again if going back to Shanghai. Just be aware that the apartment is on the 5th floor with no lift, but I knew that beforehand and for me it was not at issue.

Property was very clean, spacious, had cooking amenities and a gas stove. Air-conditioning only in the bedroom, but this didn’t negatively impact us. Washing machine for dirty clothes and towels, and extremely friendly and attentive host. Owned by a friendly old Chinese couple! A true pleasure to have stayed at. Main attractions are about 30-40 minutes away by metro.

The apartment is spacious, fully furnished and cozy. Posizione comoda per la stazione della metropolitana di Jing An ma tranquilla di sera. A pian terreno c'è una pizzeria italiana che può essere tattica se si vuole cenare senza spostarsi. All'interno della pizzeria si fa colazione al mattino con prodotti di prima qualità (mozzarella, bresaola etc.). La camera che ci è stata assegnata era sostanzialmente un bilocale con un bagno generoso e dotato di lavatrice (plus per noi che viaggiamo con il solo bagaglio a mano).
