Most pleasant stay ever in China, it was obvious that the hotel designs were foreign and the training was international, totally exceeded all my expectations I stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment, it's spacious, has all the amenities imaginable, the bathroom uses Kohler and Grohe, never seen that in China. In the restaurant, when the staff was picking up my husband's finished plate at breakfast, I said to the lady that I'm done also, she actually said, "allow me come over to take your plate" instead of picking it up across the table. I know it sounds like nothing, but it is the littlest things that count, I don't think anyone in Asia cares about this.

The rooms are clean, with fresh towels daily and basin toiletries provided. Joie, the receptionist, was exceptional. She goes out of her way to take care of us, even booking us a ride thru her Didi app. She recommended places to go and eat, and things to do. The hotel is great for Canton Fair stay.
