The Gite au Perchoir was a real discovery. We booked on line, based on the reviews and photos and weren’t disappointed. We had the upstairs room with a balcony with stunning views across the St Lawrence which we enjoyed on a warm evening and clear morning. The room was very comfortable with great facilities and we enjoyed a very personally prepared breakfast with the other guests each morning. We also had access to a comfortable sitting room downstairs with coffee and tea. To be recommended.

We loved our stay. The house was comfortable, clean and well appointed. The views are spectacular. We loved seeing the dogs and wish we had more time to do a sled ride. Perhaps next time. The hosts were wonderful. Available but out of the way.
