Everything was amazing about the place. Everything that you can need. I had to do laundry and was stressing because there's no public laundry in smaller towns, but lo and behold there was a laundry machine, even though in german. Use the google lens. I got everything done. And the host are incredible. Gave me all the info on restaurants, sightseeing and had a great conversation. Only negative thing for me was the bed, but I have back issues and need really good mattress. Slept on the couch, and it was comfy enough. All in all, amazing!

All good. The whole hotel was super clean, the room was really nice with a big balcony to enjoy the breakfast coffee at. The best room that we had on our balkan trip so far!

The overall aspect of the property was so nice and welcoming. It was very clean and nicely decorated. The real challenge with this place is that you don’t really want to leave it, which can make it hard if you went there to visit the surroundings. We took long baths, played Mortal Kombat (kudos to the PS5) and even cooked a little. Its location is very good, too. It’s situated exactly in the centre which makes it the best place to stay if you want to prowl the city in the evening. It’s quite secure, too, as you can even lock the door to the building entrance. And you can enjoy your morning coffee on the small balcony with a view to the hills. To be honest, it’s a really cozy and compact place and we’d be sure to stay here again when we go back to Vratsa.

I had a great overall stay. The apartment is really stylishly furnished and has absolutely everything you can possibly need. All appliances are brand new and the place was spotlessly clean. The kitchen is fully equipped and you can enjoy a wonderful meal with a great view from the dining table. The bed was super comfy and in the drawer you will find extra pillows & blankets. The standout features of my stay was the responsiveness of Maria. She was always available and prompt in our communication, ensuring that I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. She also demonstrated amazing flexibility with the reservation dates due to last minute change of plans. Definitely look no further if you are visiting the region.
