Guest House Ela is perfect for groups of friends who want some downtime in a tranquil place. The village is an absolute gem, with forests and nice villas all around, tall firtrees where squirls roam, birds sing and the wind whistles tenderly. The description of the villa is just, it is a spacious house, well suited for its purpose. The kitchen has 2 friges and 2 ovens which was a blessing, as we had a grand dinner during our stay. The dishwasher is a must in large accomodations and we used it plenty of times. The diningroom and the livingroom are large enough to hold all the guests and we had a great time sitting by the fireplace or relaxing in the massage chair. The heating sistem works fine and there were no issues with the hot water. I stayed in the attic room and the sunrise from the balcony was beautiful. Our host was very helpful whenever we called and communication was top notch. There is room for about 5-6 cars in fhe courtyard; for shopping we used the shops in Dolna Banya - a few minutes away by car; Borovets is just 20.minutes away if one should want to go skiing or trekking.

As I used to find it, it is still one of the best resorts in Bulgaria. It deserves the best evaluation in terms of cleanliness, services and staff. It is one of the best places to relax, especially during the winter season. Just a simple note for management! I strongly advise returning the previous menu and the previous chef, as the chef during the evening period is not at the required level, and his treatment is very bad. Thank you very much, and I wish you continued progress, I will always be back.

Awesome place with hospitable owners. You feel welcome there. The apartments are spotless and very tidy, there is everything a guest may need for a stay. Even though the second bed in each apartment is an extendable coach its very comfortable and I had an excellent sleep. What's not clear from the pictures and was a nice surprise is that there is a great view from the veranda, meadow and mountains in the backgrounds. There are some additional amenities on the meadow which can be used by guests as well (hammock under an apple tree, chairs, small pool, etc.) I can't recommend this place enough. It's perfect both for summer and winter vacations.
