I couldn’t even get until my room after being beaten and robbed as there’s no staff. And I was needing to charge my phone and get to hospital. They just have an intercom, I told him everything. I had to wait 20 hours before I could even get my luggage, had to lie on a couch freezing and not go to hospital, as nobody came to help when I talked to the intercom guy to get into the room.

The location is terrific - next to Place Jourdan and Park Leopold. My two kids could use a playground directly across the street and a bigger one with a sandbox at Park Leopold. There are public transport options nearby and it takes about 30 min to walk to the tourist center. The apartment is new and comfortable with space to spread out in and not feel cramped.

The apartment has all you can ask for and is very clean. The location is very close to the metro station which makes it easier to get anywhere in the city. We were received with great hospitality 😊 For sure on our list again next time we visit Brussels
