Wonderfully supportive hosts that solved any issue, big or small, quickly and with a smile. Could not be faulted. The accommodation had everything we needed and it was all beautifully presented, homey, comfortable and clean. The location was also great with the main street of Morpeth a short and easy walk away.

It is self catering so no breakfast. The view was excellent and to be able to witness the Hunter River in flood was a first. The balcony was spacious and well furnished. All in all, a great place to stay in Morpeth.

Room was unique and private and an ideal setting for me to work from. Very well presented. Clean and some unexpected goodies like Kingston biscuits, a sensational orange juice and delicious muesli. Hosts Steve and Allie are very nice people. Having your own off street parking space was a bonus. Never been to East Maitland before. Many beautiful period homes that are lovingly looked after, just like the host's house

Thank you for allowing us to stay at your property to prepare for our wedding. We loved the warm reception you gave us apon arrival + enjoyed the beautiful grounds around us, this gave us some amazing pre wedding photos. Your home is Beautiful, comfortable and well loved. This was a great location in preparation for our wedding at Shepherds Corner, Woodville. It was very central and convenient. Was also convenient to go out for dinner at Largs and Hinton.

Very clean. Everything was there and one just need to relax. Kids love the pool and we loved the pool table and bbq. Beautiful backyard and quiet neighbourhood.
