Very clean, modern and comfortable. Everything worked seamlessly, there were step by step instructions from how to get into the building and room, to the coffee machine.One of the cleaners was such a polite and friendly person. Would highly recommend!!

The whole stay was delightful. We loved the self contained aspect, the setting, the cleanliness. Being able to have our dog was an absolute bonus. The quietness of the neighbourhood. The sprawling, immaculately kept front yards and all the neighbourhood dogs beautifully contained. Even the red chicken who kept escaping added to our delight. Thank you for a beautiful space to stay.

Room was unique and private and an ideal setting for me to work from. Very well presented. Clean and some unexpected goodies like Kingston biscuits, a sensational orange juice and delicious muesli. Hosts Steve and Allie are very nice people. Having your own off street parking space was a bonus. Never been to East Maitland before. Many beautiful period homes that are lovingly looked after, just like the host's house
