10/10!!!! ABOVE AND BEYOND! We had a wonderful stay at this family run, Garni Schneider Hotel and experience in Lech. Carola and families were amazing hosts and gave us such a special and warm hospitality. Carola is super knowledgeable about the areas and hiking trails and gave us many ideas and recommendations for hiking trails that were appropriate for the weather conditions and suitable for each day. The location is perfect, easy access anywhere with public transportation,free parking in the garage, room is super cozy, clean and comfortable (we got upgraded with a beautiful Mountain View 😍), great breakfast and warm service every morning for starting your day! Thank you!! Can’t wait to go back!

The host and the staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating. I was allowed to check in a little early without charge, and the place is set up well for skiing/snowboarding. I checked out and skied the same day, and the host allowed me to keep my bags there and she held onto my valuables during the day. I was also allowed to use the shower and bathroom by the ski equipment room to get ready to leave Lech that day, even though I had checked out already. That was very convenient for me and kind of the host! The breakfast every morning was very nice too, and the host made me feel like I was at home. I would absolutely stay here again.

Very comfortable appartment, plenty of space, nice bathroom with big bathtub, fully-equipped kitchen, everything is very clean and well-maintained. Nearest lift is either 7 minutes walk or just a moment with a free ski bus that runs every 10 minutes. It's also walking distance to the town centre. The sauna area, which was just opposite our appartment, was also very tidy and the sauna was well heated. The host was very friendly. Overall we had great time.

Plenty of crockery etc in the kitchen. Owners lived on site so handy if you needed anything but not at all intrusive - chatted when we passed them and provided a cleaning service every second day.. Also provided some homemade cake for our journey when we left (delicious it was too) 😁

The staff is amazing starting with Martin and his team at the front desk, the people in the restaurant and the bar. The rooms are comfortable and clean, the common areas inside and outside are cosy and the overall ambiance very welcoming.The breakfast was very delicious.
