I was at my surprise upgaded to a room with balcony. When I booked the room I actually wished I could book it but I did not have the funds so I was absolutely amazed when I heard the good news ! And the view from the balcony was breathtaking. I wished I could have enjoyed it more than one day. The place looked clean and spacious. Tina is an extremely friendly host !

Everything was perfect. Arlitscherhof is a beautiful place and it is clear how much love has been put into it. The chalet was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. The view from the chalet is amazing and it is so quiet, we wished we could wake up there every day. The host family Klancnik are wonderful people and we felt very welcome. Our dog was also warmly welcomed and we really appreciated that. There are hiking trails and a swimming pool close by, the supermarkets are within a couple minutes drive and be sure to try the delicious products from the family's store. You can easily spend the day relaxing, enjoying the beautiful view and watching the farm animals, or you can take a short trip to places like the Wörthersee. Thank you very much for everything, it was "gezellig" and we will be back one day.

The owners were very friendly and helpful. We could also use their garden, which was great with a child. And we had our breakfast in the garden. The place is big, with a big floor that separates the second bedroom. It was fully equipped: the kitchen had everything you might need for cooking/backing/staying there, including coffee filters and other small things.

It was just paradise. We really loved everything: Terrasse, Garden, Host, House. We would definitely come back again. I would say this stay was the best we ever had in Austria!

The location is exceptional: As you drive in, you are treated to a dreamy view of the Julian Alps rising against the farm. You are situated between Solcava and Logar Valley (both places are easy to reach by car or electric bike). The beds are very comfortable; the food is fresh and tasty, but what really makes this place special is the people. The family that owns this farm are some of the most welcoming people I have ever met: Despite not bringing a car to the property, I had no difficulty in getting around because they were kind enough to drive me to where I needed to go, and they offered electric bikes when it wasn't possible to go by car. The people in the neighboring farms (especially Majerhold) are similarly welcoming; despite only staying for a few days, I really felt like I'd found a special community here, and I cannot wait to come back. English speakers, please note that several members of the family are able to speak English and you will have no difficulty communicating with your hosts during your stay.
