I stayed in the bus. it was so much fun. Very comfortable with nice decorations, a comfortable table and place to sit and excellent bed. Bathrooms were near by and spotlessly clean. I chose to have breakfast and it was excellent. Coffee was delicious and a nice selection of breakfast items. Highly recommended.

Wow! This place is amazing, one of the best I've stayed in during my three years of non-stop travel through different countries. It's brand new and everything is built so nicely, with everything you might ever need. It's far from people and crowds, with mountain views, greenery, and nature around. You'll see cows slowly passing by. There's a huge yard with BBQ and a hammock, and the nights are full of stars. We didn't expect such a high level of comfort. The bed and bathroom are better than in most of the apartments I've rented. The owners are a young couple, friendly and ready to help you. Breakfast is simple but tasty and enough (boiled eggs, butter, cheese, jam, bread, some greens). The road there is good enough so you can reach the destination by a regular car, although it's partly challenging because of narrow streets and steep roads. I highly recommend the place and wanna say - please enjoy your stay with care so such a good places can surprise us by such a good condition!

Beautifully furnished property in a quiet location. The property had all the facilities for a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The property was very clean and tidy with a large hot tub.

It’s in a nice quiet part of town with a wonderful farm like feel to the place with fruit trees, walnuts, grapes and berries growing in the garden. Down the back they have chi Ken’s and rabbits. The room was pleasant, good air con, and very clean bathroom. And the included breakfast? Delicious!!!Aida (the mum) is an excellent cook. She even made me dinner both nights - also delicious. Jemma (her daughter) spoke excellent English and helped out when I had a problem locating the place. Ashot (her son) arrived the second day and was spent the afternoon chatting with me and other guests about history, food and wildlife. This is such a lovely place to spend one or many nights in. And the whole family are a delight.

Hasmik fue una anfitriona excelente, fue muy simpática y atenta con nosotros y se preocupó de que todo estuviera bien en todo momento. La habitación era amplia y fresquita, estaba todo muy nuevo y super limpio, la cama era muy cómoda y el baño compartido estaba también muy muy limpio. Además teníamos una cocina común muy bien equipada, un jardín super agradable y pudimos meter el coche. Por la mañanas Hasmik nos preparaba unos desayunos armenios riquísimos en un cenador junto al jardín, en nuestra opinión, un lujazo!!! Recomendable 100%, es un sitio muy muy agradable.

Babken and Gohar (the hosts) are two of my favorite people in the planet. They accommodated a late booking request from me and despite the late hours, and they received me like they were my family. With my very basic Russian and Armenian skills we were able to have a lovely conversation over a home-cooked dinner that tasted like heaven to me; complemented with the best homemade konjak and apricot vodka I’ve ever had. What impressed me the most is that for them it is very important that their guests have the best experience: so no matter what problem you have, they will try their best to sort it out (myself, I had an issue with my car and Babken helped me in the morning). Their kindness and warmth, truly, is one of the highlights of my experience in Armenia. Their house has lovely views and a big garden (in a Summer day being here was a breath of fresh air); and is quite spacious. The upper floor is the one used for guests, and everything is clean and well-managed. There is a small kitchen; and the shower (you get towels, yay!) is separated from the WC. Location is overall good, because it’s close enough to Yeghegnadzor if you need more “urban” services; but it is in Vernashen (an upper village), so it has all the tranquility of the countryside. And it is a good base to explore the Tanahat and Spitakavor Monasteries (the latter is one of my favorites because you can ring the bell and the hike to get there is AMAZING) and Proshaberd. Do be careful with your car because once you leave the H47 it’s all gravel roads. I had a great long night of sleep and I woke up to the lovely smell of freshly baked muffins that were part of my breakfast. Then, I was lucky enough to hear Babken play the piano (you’ll be surprised with his skills even though he wasn’t formally trained). How can you not have a great day starting like that? Afterwards, when I went out to explore for the day, I was gifted a few apples from the garden.

The house was beautifully decorated, it gives an “at home” feeling. The kitchen is fully equipped, the bedroom is cozy and there’s a huge balcony with a lovely view. The guesthouse is also close to scenic hikes and main attractions. Last but not least, I highly recommend the amazing dinner that is available on request!
