Owners were very friendly, they provided everything we needed (we used hair dryer and washing machine). The breakfast was good and we also had a wonderful dinner with local food (shashlik or shish-kebab) followed by board games. The location is very good - very close to the road and also close to the Tatev cableway station, Devil's bridge and Tatev Zipline.

We liked this place very much. Budget-friendly Good ambience. Beautiful location & it's near to 'Wings of Tatev'. Spacious rooms easily can accommodate ~10 people & very good bedrooms. Cleaned & well maintained. Provided with all facilities including bbq. About Owner & staff, they were very friendly to us. I would recommend this place for those who are planning to come here with a group of friends because We enjoyed that much 😊👍. Thank you for giving us a memorably wonderful stay. 👍

Staying with Igor and Gohar was like visiting your favorite family members: the hospitality was unmatched! We were met with coffee and sweets, offered multiple meals and snacks throughout our stay, including local fruits and vegetables, home-baked pastries and home-made wine and vodka, etc. The hosts also provide great recommendations of what to visit in the area. The B&B was kept very clean, our concerns about sharing a bathroom went away quickly. There is a parking space on the premises. 10/10 would recommend.

I reached the guesthouse only to realise it was full, actually accommodating refugees from Artsakh Karabakh during the Azerbaijan incursion. The host was unable to speak in English but had a big heart to make necessary arrangement for me by putting me up at their home instead. The hostess and the elderly mum are the sweetest Armenians! I was offered a huge room with thick blankets, homemade dinner and a filling breakfast, even the milk and cheese come fresh from a cow which lives beneath their living quarter. Their guesthouse, and home, is not far from the cemetery which affords amazing veiw of Shinuhayr and the surrounding. Their location is also great for day hikes to the abandoned villages Khot (aka Machu Picchu of Armenia), Shinuhayr, and Halidzor. I would come stay with them again if I am back in Shinuhayr.

The place was spacious and clean with all amenities. Perfect place for family and friends. We reached the place around 11pm and owner received us with a smiling face even at that time.

We needed rooms for one night. We arrived late around 8pm after long day of sightseeing. The host met us at the crossroads and lead us to the property. There was a mix up with our rooms to no fault of the hosts and they were able to solve the issue and made sure we had rooms that met our needs. The rooms are simple and clean. Bathroom was clean and had shower with hot water. The hosts provided us with tea, coffee, and home made jams, cake, and juice. We asked to have the breakfast outside under the mulberry tree. The breakfast was very good. It was made from fresh fruits and vegetables that came from their garden. The hosts inquired about our preferences and provided vegan option since we had vegan person in our group. We walked around the garden and picked raspberries and mulberry. They gifted us with flower seeds from their garden and fresh grape leaves for tolma. We experienced true Armenian hospitality.

Labiausiai patiko šeimininkų svetingumas. Mums atvykus vėlai vakare, pasitiko pakviesdami arbatos ir užkandžių. Pagal pageidavimą pagamino pusryčius labai anksti, nes norėjome ryte apžiūrėti Tatevo vienuolyną ir kaimą. Puryčiai buvo gausūs ir skanūs. Šie svečių namai yra kaimo pradžioje, iš kurių arčiausia pėsčiomis nueiti iki vienuolyno ar keltuvo. Dėl patogumų, kaip ir parašyta aprašyme, dušas ir wc yra bendras keliems numeriams. Geras kainos ir kokybės sąntykis, gera vieta apsistoti vienai ar dviem naktim.
