Very hospitable owner and good houseboat with a great view. The owner Mohd Goona ji also helped in negotiating a good rate for our shikara ride. The home cooked food, though bit expensive, was amongst the best we had in our stay if 9 days in Kashmir. The location is wonderful, being open to the lake from the rooms windows, and not adjoining other houseboats. Ghat 12 itself is the one from which the Dal lake opens up wide. For the price this houseboat is good value for money. Don't miss to take a Shikara ride - ideally take it to Char Chinar garden round trip

The best houseboat in Dal lake with great view of mountains mr Imran arranged our local tour packages and boat ride in Dal lake on a very reasonable rates food was great ,spacious rooms with beautiful wood carved furniture really enjoyed my stay at Zaindari palace I will definitely recommend to stay here

I will definitely visit this place again .We were a small group to stay at this Houseboat. We are staying a total of 04 days. The service was very good. In the dining area Mr Khursheed & Gani are very courteous and helpful. Especially Waseem , Younis , Suhail and the live kitchen chef Shaziya. Thanks to all the staff that made us stay comfortable ..
