Featuring city views, Motor yacht 45' provides accommodation with a balcony, around less than 1 km from Avra Beach. We were looking for a min 2 bed, 2 bath apartment on Aegina and this came up and thought it was a lovely idea and a bit different! It was a beautiful boat and a lovely experience with fantastic outdoor space. The kitchen and bathrooms were unexpectedly well equipped and even has a dishwasher! Great location - you are within a minute of the ferry a few seconds of loads of bars and restaurants and there are small (stony) beaches within a few minutes walk either way. We originally were disappointed it was in a slightly different location than the map showed - effectly moored on the main road rather than a jetty slightly further away but actually it turned out to be perfect -we could sit/lie down up on the higher decks facing the sea with lovely views and relative privacy or we could eat and drink at the table on the back of the boat people watching! It wasn't noisy at all and also we realised they shut the road to cars early evening so that made a big difference. George the owner was nice and helpful.

The boat is easy access to the marina, very well maintained. I booked the experience but unfortunately it was cancelled due to another party cancellation and weather. I had a great sleep on the boat, Yannis was a wonderful host ensured I had all I needed for a comfortable stay. I will book again when in Athens and enjoy the sailing and boat experience next time.
