Fantastic property - never stayed on a houseboat before but it was superb. Everything I needed was there, very comfortable and the location was idyllic.

Very pleasant, helpful staff. Very nice room with a view of the Forth. Wide selection for breakfast, and individual choices catered for. Nearest tram stop is only a couple of minutes walk away, and Royal Yacht Britannia within easy walking distance.

Such a lovely time. Staff were very accommodating and it’s clear they love working on the boat.

The attention to detail on this refurbished historic boat. The staff (crew) made you feel wellcome and at home. A unique location with plenty onshore eating establishments nearby with the tram system 4 mins away. The continental breakfast was more than adequate.

Loved the concept of the hotel boat, it was clean , well presented , comfortable and the staff were really friendly.

Beautifully restored Art Deco styled boat hotel.

A chance to stay somewhere a little different. The house boat was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and had (almost) everything you could need. There's not much to do on site apart from relax, but that was perfect for me to get away from it all for a short while. There are plenty of different birds living on or visiting the lake, and some really nice natural wildflower areas. Also spotted a large deer in the distance, so it's good for nature spotting!
