A recently renovated property, Houseboat Jana - with sauna and terrace is located in Bruges near Belfry of Bruges, Market Square and Basilica of the Holy Blood. A very nice houseboat with a lot of space. Clean and delicate! With fully equipped kitchen, there is no need to eat every meal out. The location was great, on the outside of the city centre. About a 20 minute walk to the centre and around 7-8 minutes on bicycles. Can reccomend renting bikes, as it is a very bike friendly city and makes it easy to get around in a short time. The boat is located at a lovely walking/biking track which goes around the whole city of Brügge. The track is about 8,5 km and is perfect for both walking, jogging and cycling. Grocery store nearby, right across the water channel (5 minute walk). Very friendly staff, and lots of books and brochures with tourist tips on the boat. All in all highly reccomended, would gladly visit again!

Fantastic little pearl by the river with very friendly and helpful hosts. If you want to try something different this is a good start. Not walking distance to town, so recommend having a car.
