Gam and her family make you feel welcome as of the moment you arrive. You get a glimpse into the lives of this local Thai family living with 4 generations in a stilt house while having your own privacy in your room. Gam speaks very good English and is happy to share about her culture or guide your around. This homestay opened 3 months ago and has 2 large comfortable rooms with a balcony and magnificent views over the rice paddies. Everything is new, so the aircon and hot water worked perfectly. These are built next to their stilt house. I think they are saving up to build a third room in the future. As a guest, you may use the nice large swimming pool next door which you can easily access through a narrow path. We had breakfast and dinner here during our 2 night stay and enjoyed it very much. Both the grilled fish and steamed fish in bamboo were delicious, with a small preference for the grilled fish. We absolutely loved our stay here and cannot recommend it strongly enough!
