This is one of the best hostels that I stayed at, the staff were sooo amazing and went out of their way to make everyone feel welcome in include people in games. It really is a family there, the family dinners were also amazing it was a good way to meet people.

The place was super clean and we loved the Japanese style it had to offer. The host was extremely kind and friendly. He helped us carry the luggages, gave us recommendations of where to go, called the restaurants to make sure they were open during Tết season when our phone plan wasn’t allowed us to make calls.

Our room was in the attic which they told us about prior, it was really spacious and the height wasn't really an issue . The bathroom was also spacious and I think having a shower and toilet in the same space is quite normal here and don't really understand why previous guests would have had an issue with it if they are being hygeinic! The hosts were really helpful in booking our bus to saigon! They even helped carry our bags to the bus. They seem like lovely people and do their best to help. Yes there are steps up to the top but I'm quite sure you can manage and they help you with your luggage. Easy to walk to centre, Da lat in itself can be quite hilly upwards so may be worth getting grab or scooter to mountains.

Staff was super friendly, especially Houng (i hope i wrote that right), she kept me company when i was chilling on the couch in the main area and cuddle with the cute puddle Sam. Beds are really confy and have a wide curtain for privacy. Area is perfect to and you can rent a scooter for sightseeing. One of my favorite stays in vietnam!
