The neighborhood is very safe and quiet, but also close to busier areas with restaurants and shops. Also, I work from home and wifi is very very good. Honestly, it couldn't be any better!!

Len helped us keep our luggage for an extra day while we went to Cat Ba before staying here. The room was well equipped with everything you'll need. Overall a great stay!

I shared the bathroom with the other room on the floor, and the bathroom is cleaned everyday. There's a vegetables/fruits market in the same road and many vegetarian friendly cafés and restaurants around. The hotel is 7min walk to the west lake. The manager is really nice and helpful. I had a really great stay and i will for sure come again if i go back to Hanoï.
