The room was spacious, the bathroom was spotless clean, and the bed had me in a coma! Jarvis, the owner, was down to earth and very personable. It was a very hospital experience. They were accommodating for early check in. I would come back!

At the accommodation the rooms include bed linen and towels. Bernadette was not only an excellent host but also a wonderful person to get to know. We felt at home and would always love to comeback. Also the selfmade breakfast was amaaaaaazing. Beautiful house, beautiful view and a lovely host. Late check in was also not a problem and very easy.

Housed in an historic Victorian-era home, this Center Harbor B&B features an outdoor pool overlooking Lake Winnipesaukee. Upon entering, guests can marvel at the mural in the foyer depicting Center Harbor circa 1865. My husband and I planned this as a last-minute getaway to unwind for a couple of days. We were looking for a cozy B&B where we could relax and enjoy some down time, and the Sutton House was exactly what we had in mind. Thais greeted us at the door when we arrived, and had our reservations details in hand. She took the time to show us what amenities were available to us during our stay and walked us through all the comforts of our room, so we could take advantage of all this beautiful B&B had to offer. We stayed in the Blue Hyacinth room which was quite large yet charming and cozy. The bathroom had a beautiful soaking tub, a cozy fireplace and sweet vanity for getting ready. Thais and her staff have really thought of everything, and you instantly feel like her home is your home. I wish we were able to enjoy more of Sally's cooking at breakfast, but what I did have was delicious. As other reviews mention, the B&B is located on a busy road, but we didn't find this disturbing at all, and we had the advantage of seeing the lake from our room which was well worth the location.

The bathroom was massive with the best tub ever - so deep and perfect to ease my sore back. The shower was wonderful too! The bed was absolutely massive and exceptionally comfortable. We had a really lovely and relaxing stay with you. Thank you!

We had lunch seated at a beautiful table with excellent food. Tablecloth, golden plate, cut glass. The Total. An incredible experience, I will keep very good memories of it. We had a problem with the car, Charlotte and Peter were of great help to us. As friends would have done for us. I am very grateful to them. Thanks again.
