The log cabin was full of those extra touches that show care and attention. The breakfast was delicious. It was lovely to meet Lori and learn about the history of Trail City. Enjoyed the breakfast. Really enjoyed that it was right in town and went out for an early morning run on a pre-dawn day and caught the sun coming up. Quiet little town. Nice historic building with old antiques. Watched the movie Cinderella Man after finding out that a piece of equipment was used in the movie. Pretty cool. Appreciate the hosts for conversing with us.

And the gardens were beautiful. They have such a cool fairy garden that I took back some ideas for what I’d like to do on our own property. The owners, Sherri and Keith were such a joy to converse with. What a wonderful time we had! I would highly recommend this bed and breakfast!

The Bissing House is situated in Hays. The property has garden and city views. All units feature air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. I needed a room for a night and they were happy to welcome me. The room was clean and comfortable and nicely decorated. Great location, could walk everywhere. Street parking was easy, but it was a Sunday, so not sure about weekdays.
