Set in Kamala Beach, The Mareeya Place offers 2-star accommodation with private balconies. We had an exceptional stay. Hotel is on the main street, but windows look into internal yard, so it was relatively quiet at night. It's close to the beach. Room was spacious and had everything we needed. Big terrace, comfortable bed, etc. Hosts are very charming and welcoming. Good quality breakfast. I would stay here again with no doubts and would recommend it to everyone.

All the rooms are their own separate building. The garden within and surrounding the hotel makes it seem further away from the busy road. All we could hear from our room was the birds and rooster in the morning. The owner of the hotel is the nicest man. He was very accommodating and offered to let us shower after we had checked out before heading to the airport. This hotel is a 5 minute walk to the beach and the road that you walk to the beach on has tons of restaurants, massage shops, and souvenir shop.

Maikhao Beach Guest House is situated a 5-minute walk from the beach. Free private parking is available on site. The rooms have a flat-screen TV. One of the best Guest House experience I have had in Thailand! The hosts are the sweetest couple ever, always here to make us feel like home. The beach is minutes away walking, or you have free bikes to use. Very peaceful place and environment. I highly recommend!!! Very accommodating couple! Thank you!
