Featuring garden views, Villa Fryksta in Kil offers accommodation, an open-air bath, a garden, a terrace and barbecue facilities. Lovely setting with amazing sunsets. The nature trails across the road were wonderful for hiking. We enjoyed a walk through the woods all the way to Kil. Swimming in the lake was the best way to begin our day.

The Sheep Inn B&B offers accommodation in Arvika. Rooms are equipped with a shared bathroom. Guests can book a breakfast basket containing foods for an English breakfast. Beautiful location, the owner was caring and service minded.

Staying in a Historic (Est.1836) B&B, THE LODGE Torsby is situated 18 km north of Torsby, and 50 km from Sunne or Malung. So beautiful place, styled with very good taste. Good beds and view from the windows could not be better. Tasty breakfast decorated with friendly service. We can highly recommend this place.

Located in a former schoolhouse dating back about 100 years, Guesthouse Eleven is situated in the picturesque village of Jössefors. a converted school building, it was conveniently located on our route to Norway. We found the Dutch owners very hospitable and going out of their way to please guests. Atmosphere as well as food (we had moose stew...) were very good, rooms clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Featuring a garden, terrace and views of garden, Wedbergs Rum is located in Säffle, 22 km from Åmål Railwaystation. I chose this property «by chance» and was owerwhelmingly positive. The staff was basically 100% positive. Looking back,I couldn’t find a better accomodatiin

Gård Mörbacka Bed & Breakfast is a recently renovated bed and breakfast in Mörbacka, where guests can make the most of its garden and terrace. Very nice cottage. Excellent breakfast.

Cafè Bistro Moccacino is located in Ekshärad. The accommodation provides an ATM, a minimarket and organising tours for guests. The bed and breakfast is equipped with a cable flat-screen TV. Delightfully located when we were visiting a horse-riding farm about 4 km from the Cafe. We were totally impressed with the exceptionally clean and well-laid out room. There was an ante-chamber to the actual room where you can easily get rid of all your shoes/muddy stuff and keep the actual room clean. Great space without the room, with adequate wardrobe space for two people for a short stay. We got organized in no time. Included in the offer, we had a generous assortment of candies/coffee/tea. The idea of having a cold sandwich in the fridge (also included in the price) was as original as we found it practical and thoughtful. The food from the kitchen of the bistro is also excellent! We tried the papegojekaka and it was really nice along with some of the fish soup that was unctuous and delicious. In the little place of Ekshärad, it is amazingly placed too, right across of a well-furnished grocery store (ICA) and next door to a decent restaurant (the Ayasofya). When we are travelling again to Yggenäs, we will definitely consider this place again, if I am alone or with my wife. Especially since this stay was amazingly affordable.

Located in Kristinehamn, Lägenhet Elofstorps Gamla Missionshus offers barbecue facilities. It boast a kitchen and a private bathroom. The apartment has a terrace. This little church that is now used for hosting guests was a perfect spot to stay. It’s in a very remote area and there are a lot of deer and sometimes moose outside, awesome! It had everything we needed. The host was really friendly and told us a lot about the area and had some nice tips. 10/10 would recommend staying here.

Providing garden views, Anneberg Guesthouse in Ekshärad provides accommodation and a garden. There is a private entrance at the guest house for the convenience of those who stay. Everything. The staff went out of their way to make us comfortable. Very quiet area. We have stayed here before and intend to do so again.
