Palle & Anna created a little gem with their very new BnB. They are so welcoming and pamper guests from arrival to check-out and make you feel like part of the family in an easy-going cozy atmosphere and place. The BnB is a converted farmhouse/ barn with the most luxurious materials used, with respect to the place's history. We spent 2 nights in the converted horse stable in total luxury. An amazing bed and the quietness of the area (you are staying in the middle of the fields, yet not a long drive from the town of Ystad) ensured a great quality sleep. The owners are also very knowledgeable about the area and recommend restaurants, places of interest and shops on their boards. We had the feeling that not any question would be one too many for them. Breakfast was heavenly and with so much eye for detail. Clearly this place is run by people with a great passion and people who like to interact with their visitors! We will most definitely return and highly recommend Backadal Gård to others!

Allt var perfekt, Carina var så trevlig och har verkligen ett öga för det lilla extra. Fint rum, bra service, underbart med jaccuzzi & bubbel på kvällen och så fin frukost! You could tell that they have thought out the design of the room. The breakfast was also great, healthy and delicious. The bread was from a local bakery and it was so good, that we went to bakery itself and brought some home. When we arrived the host daughter gave us really good tips on what to do in the surrounding area and suggested to go to the restaurant right next to the acoomodation. We had a really nice dinner there and were just chilling in their garden.

The room was in a tradition farm building which was very attractive located in Kivik. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of local foods to choose from.

Lånecyklar, internet samt te och kaffe erbjuds utan kostnad.... Everything was fantastic. Our hosts could not have been nicer or more helpful. The accommodation was really lovely and everything had been thought of. We had access to a kitchen space to make ourselves snacks or tea/coffee and breakfast was provided each morning. Would happily recommend to anyone as a great place to stay. Also the beds were very comfortable and good shower as well as spotlessly clean. The local area is very peaceful and pretty and close to cute towns.
