Zimão Garden House is located in Vila Real, 30 km from Natur Waterpark, 31 km from Golf Course Vidago Palace, and 43 km from Douro Museum. Not enough words to describe this wonderful place. It was so good so after we left , we decided to go back and stay longer. Perfect by all means.

Very professional and friendly staff with an eye on every detail. The boutique accomodation is beautifully decorated and designed with a very cozy atmosphere. The view is absolutely breathtaking in every one of the rooms and the location of the peoperty being high up on the hill with massive ceiling to floor windows makes you want to capture the moment all day from when the fog rolls in during the mornings in February at sunrise to sunset over a glass of wine. We had a very comfortable and enjoying stay.

My husband and I picked the Golden Mirror for the Douro portion of our honeymoon and we were so glad that we did! The rooms are spacious, clean and new and the view from our room was absolutely breath taking! The hosts of the hotel are so SO nice and helped us with parking every time we came back. The hotel is conveniently located about 5 minute drive from Regua and about 10 minute drive to Lamego - both had good options for dining. We did two wine tastings just down the road at Quinta da Pacheco and Quinta de Tourais - both were incredible and just a couple minutes from the hotel. Overall, this hotel is a 10/10! We hope to be back some day.

Location spettacolare, per tutti i sensi e per l'anima! Ospitalità e calore umano al massimo livello! Buonissimo il loro vino ed il loro porto (riserva!), offerto al nostro arrivo! La colazione davvero speciale con prodotti locali e frutta appena raccolta!! È stato un grande piacere e ringraziamo per questa meravigliosa esperienza e per ogni gesto d'accoglienza, tra cui delle ciliegie buonissime e un liquore autoprodotto! Consigliatissimo!!!
