Nice, clean and comfortable apartment with all necessary amenities, with great location and access to an enormous rooftop area with a jacuzzi. David and his wife are incredible hosts, very attentive, reactive and friendly, gave a lot of useful tips and it was just a pleasure to have a conversation with them. You really feel like at home. And the price is very reasonable for what you get. Recommend without hesitation

The hotel was really modern and well decorated, everything was clean and well maintained. It was in a really good location within a gated community, Costa Rica beach is just a 6 minute drive away, the cable cars to Isabel de torres are 15 minutes drive away, and 10 minutes to the fort. There are plenty of places to eat close by (I highly recommend Como en Famillia for authentic Dominican food but it’s only open until 3) and jumbo is a 2 minute drive away but easily within walking distance. Our hosts were fantastic and super friendly, all the staff and owners of the hotel went above and beyond, and really made our stay relaxing, and as if we had known them for years. The breakfast is amazing and more than you could want, there is fresh fruit, cake and a good variety of choice for your main selection (Dominican breakfast, omelette, etc) The hotel is in a quiet location so gives you plenty of opportunity to relax and unwind. I would not hesitate to come and stay here again, it was just perfect!

De Octopus ligger i Sint Michiel nära Blue Bay-stranden och erbjuder boende med gratis WiFi och gratis privat parkering samt tillgång till ett bubbelbad. This is an absolutely fantastic place for people who want to spend time in peace and away from the hustle and bustle. The hosts are wonderful and very helpful. There is everything you could need on site. Very close to a small beach with almost no people. Great places for snorkeling and diving. The village where De Octopus is located is friendly, peaceful and safe. I spent a wonderful, relaxing time there! To be honest, I didn't expect so many different animals (I'm not talking about the owners' wonderful dogs and cat, of course 🙂), but after all, that's what living close to nature entails. Fortunately, the mosquito net allowed me to sleep undisturbed🙂
