The staff were all incredibly helpful and friendly and always around to help. They organised trips for us and greeted us with a smile at 3am when we set off for our Colca Canyon tour. The room was squeaky clean and bedding and towels were changed daily if required. The location is great, very quiet but just a short walk from the centre, and there are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. Would stay again.

The nicest hosts we had during our trip in Peru! We arrived at 6am and they were kind enough to let us check in for the room they had available. Anything we needed they were happy to help! The private room is really nice and clean, there were hot water in the shower and the bed was comfortable.

The location is superb - an easy walk into Arequipa centre. Food and shops were within easy reach. The breakfast was extra but great value. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed on two occasions before & after a trek. Would come again.

Barbara was an amazing host and nothing was too much for her. The accommodation was wonderful and clean with a very comfy bed and an excellent shower and the property is located in a lovely setting close to some beautiful walks, whilst still being not too far from the city centre. The breakfast was outstanding and the packed lunch was very affordable and very filling.
