The Sunsetter Bed & Breakfast in Bocas del Toro provides adults-only accommodation with water sports facilities and a shared lounge. With garden views, this accommodation provides a patio. The accomodation is super nice, as are the owners. They make breakfast everyday, they give you advise on whatever you need, you can even book some tours on other islands with them. The location is 30 min on foot from the center, or you can take a taxi (very cheap). All rooms are beautifully decorated and they have a terrace. Also, it is so quiet there! We loved it!

Located in Bocas del Toro, 2.6 km from Y Griega Beach, Castillo Inspiracion Hostel provides accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. Brand New hostel, all is very clean and the beds are so comfortable... It is out of the busy town, but you have a lovely Pool where you can hang out and there is a huge kitchen also where you can cook. But dont forget to do the grocery before in town... However the best are the lovely hosts Andrea with her husband and brother Aldo, they really make you feel welcome and at home :)

Set in Big Creek, 550 metres from Y Griega and 1.1 km from Istmito, Sol y Sombra offers accommodation with free WiFi, air conditioning and access to a garden with an outdoor swimming pool. Richard (and his dog Sombra :D ) were super friendly, helped us with everything and gave us great suggestions for tours, restaurants, beaches, … Rooms are very spacious and clean plus one can also get free towels for the pool and beach! Breakfast is a bit expensive but worth the money as there is a great variety and Richard even makes pancakes or eggs.

Located in Bocas Town, 120 metres from the beach and less than 1 km from Y Griega Beach, La Luciernaga Big Creek provides accommodation with free WiFi, BBQ facilities, a garden and free private... The hosts where exceptional. The were always available for any information and requests. The room was comfortable and clean. Lactation is quiet. We very much recommend this hotel. The breakfast was very good.

With sea views, RIVA B&B is situated Isla Carenero and has free WiFi. There is a fully equipped private bathroom with shower and free toiletries. Amazing location, beautiful beach, starfish everywhere!! Beds are so comfy and the bathrooms are immaculate. The staff, Gabriel particularly is quite literally the best host we’ve ever had. We did 12 days in Panama, 4 at RIVA and wish we had stayed all 12 days at RIVA. The breakfast is impeccable and had many options with veggie and vegan options as well. I cannot sum up in one review how much we loved the vibes and atmosphere at RIVAS. Easy to access and close to really REALLY good food. Once again I’d like to highlight the amazing staff, Gabriel, we love you!!

Set in Bluff Beach, 6 km from Bocas Town, Oasis Bluff Beach features unobstructed views of the beach and ocean. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar. The owners are so friendly & welcoming. It's like arriving at home, we felt really comfortable and got a drink and some cold towels when we arrived. The bloody mary is so delicious! We didn't stay for dinner (what we regretted afterwards), but I can tell you the breakfast is delicious. Will go back and enjoy more time there.

With garden views, Carmen's place is located in Bastimentos and has a restaurant and luggage storage space. The property features sea and lake views. The bed and breakfast has family rooms. Cosy room in a quiet place for a real french dinner in the jungle, , thank to the fisherman, Marcel, and to the chef, Carmen..

Located on Bocas del Toro, Barrbra BnB Over The Sea is a 2 story house built directly over the sea. The house includes 4 rooms on the 2nd floor. The staff is amazing. They are people with good vibes and sense of humor, every time you see them they put a smile on your face! The staff made the stay x10 times better and the best stay we’ve had in our road trip. Also the breakfast is delicious. It feels like a restaurant and we didn’t need/want to look for any other place to eat. The B&B has spectacular views, we have seen many starfish every morning.

Mosana Reef Garden B&B is set in Bluff Beach, 5 km from Bocas Town and 26 km from Buena Vista. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar. Free WiFi is available and free private parking is available on site. Nadia and Salvatore are the two kindest and most considerate hosts you could ever imagine, who have created a perfect little paradise tucked away in one of the best spots of the island for some peace and quiet! As soon as I booked, Nadia was already in touch to facilitate my arrival, and continued to give great me tips and recommendations all throughout my trip. In addition to wonderful hosts and a beautiful place that also includes sloths, howler monkeys, and other amazing nature right in the garden plus a little private cove, the food is also divine! Breakfast and dinner each day were really a treat. Thank you Nadia and Salvatore for the most wonderful weekend! I will definitely be coming back again :)
