Located in Wellington, near Wellington Botanical Gardens and Beehive Parliament Building, the historic Thorndon Heritage Listed Villa features a garden. Amazing host, communication has been so fast and easy. Location was great, plenty off street parking (free for 2 hrs) and not busy at all (could be the time of the year). Spacious bedroom and the cleanest bathroom with gorgeous decoration. Host was very thoughtful provided makeup remover, facial mask etc. I forgot to take my HDMI cable with me and within secs I msged Ross he had them ready for me, I was so grateful for that! Would def stay here again when I'm in Wellington!

Nice and cozy atmosphere with a Balinese touch, lots of privacy, I had no problems reaching it by bus, but there is enough space if you come by car. Very considerate and friendly host, attention to detail, just a nice place in lovely Ōtaki. Also not far from shops, restaurants and supermarket.

Great value and peaceful stay. Hot tub is open until 10pm which is great for a quick relaxing dip before bed. I wish I could have stayed longer to read all of the books. Parking is good and it felt like a safe area. Stayed with my partner but would equally be happy to stay as a solo traveller as I felt very safe and secure.
