The room was lovely, very clean and spacious. Easy walk to town and a wonderful breakfast. Really enjoyed talking with Louise and our other breakfast guests. Great start to our holiday!

Aramatai Gardens could be described as a country cottage sitting between a botanical park on one side and farmland on the other. The park is extensive with ponds and bridges, and many interesting trees and plants. You could spend an hour walking and admiring this attraction. If you stay one night only, I would suggest checking in as early as possible to have enough time to see the park and falls. Bring food for dinner though because there are no food options nearby. You cook breakfast yourself from products supplied by Jill. Homemade brownies are one of the best I ever had. The only minor thing I would suggest is one more slice of bread for breakfast.

Situated in Taupo, 35 km from Orakei Korako - The Hidden Valley and 16 km from Great Lake Convention Centre, Hilltop Whakaipo Estate features accommodation with free WiFi, air conditioning, a shared... The owners are pleasant and welcoming. They thoughts of all the little details which make the traveller fill comfortable. The warm breakfast in their own kitchen is a cultural experience as you get to meet people all over the world. I've booked for one night and I stayed there for three nights.

The pool, the barbecue, the lovely host, and we were also extended the option to stay one more day, and I really wish we could (the next property was already booked). Everything was perfect, would love to stay again if I'm ever around.

The hosts were extremely nice and went out of their way to make sure I had a good visit. The area is quiet and rural but shops are just a few minutes away. Will definitely stay their in the future.

Everything was perfect and at a high standard. The location is very quiet, comfortable and clean. All we needed for breakfast was already prepared in the small kitchen when we arrived. The owners live next door, if something is needed. We can highly recommend to stay at Kaimai Sunset.
