We were able to unwind and relax in a super comfortable room with amazing views out over the garden which features rocky outcrops which adjoin the labyrinth rock special site next door. The spa pool was so relaxing after a long day pf travel and we slept like babies in the quiet room with windows open and cool Takaka breeze. Hosts were perfect, very informative but also respectful of your space and privacy. Having laundry and kitchen facility was added bonus to an already amazing property. We can't wait to return. The owners were also kind enough to let us charge our EV (pre-arranged) which is a tremendous convenience to start the day recharged,

There is an in-house restaurant, plus free private parking and free WiFi are available. Breakfast was great, the location was perfect for our plans (15 minutes from Nelson Lakes National Park), and our hosts were wonderful -- they went out of their way to help us.

The property has garden and quiet street views, and is 47 km from Christ Church Cathedral, Nelson. The property offers soundproof units and is located 48 km from Trafalgar Park. Very spacious. This was excellent for 2 couples with 2 large bedrooms and a lounge room in between to visit. The beds were extremely comfortable and it was one of the cleanest B&B's I have ever stayed in. The hosts were welcoming, very friendly and passed on good travel information. Beach was just down the street with a nice walkway along it in either direction.

The 5-star guest house has river views, and guests can enjoy access to BBQ facilities . Chalet Karaka was absolutely delightful - a hidden gem, tucked away in a beautiful, tranquil bushy setting with a small picturesque stream running at the bottom of the garden. The shower was fantastic - excellent pressure with a lovely glass side looking out onto the private garden and stream. The room was spacious and well appointed and the icing on the cake was the generous outdoor undercover living area/deck complete with a Weber for all your barbecue requirements. Ngairie, our host, was friendly, welcoming and very helpful.

Nelson is 28 km from Redwood Valley B & B. The nearest airport is Nelson Airport, 23 km from the property. Large rooms with comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast with more than anyone could eat. Nice artistic touches added to the ambience. Hosts went out of their way to be helpful. Lovely, quiet location.

The bed and breakfast also offers free WiFi, free private parking and facilities for disabled guests. Serge and his wife run a beautiful and slightly quirky spa/B&B quite near Golden Bay. The hot tubs were calming after a busy day and the traditional, wood-fired sauna made my evening. Even a cool water pool to plunge in after.

Mark is a perfect host, we spent a great time for Christmas at his B&B ! Rooms are spacious and clean, breakfast is great ! Could not recommend more.

Appleby House & Rabbit Island Huts offer two different accommodation types and is located between Richmond and Mapua on the road to the Abel Tasman National Park. Situated on 25 acres it offers views of Waimea Estuary, Mt Arthur ranges and farmland. Mapua and Richmond are both 8 minutes' drive away.

All room types are separate and private; however guests have access to shared areas such as a kitchen, BBQ, laundry and outdoor entertainment areas. Spent a night here and it was a great place to unwind. Unit was clean and comfortable, they had a well stocked pantry for your cooking needs, and the surrounding ambience was great!
