The hosts were really friendly and helpful, recommending places to visit and where to eat.

Every detail was thought out. The.bed was really comfy and the bathroom was gorgeous. 10 min walk to the beach, free parking outside. Felt very private. Lovely note from host and little touches like choccie and milk in the fridge. There is a microwave and kettle with bowls and cutlery.

Cosy Country Stay B&B está en Matamata y ofrece jardín, terraza y zona de barbacoa. Everything was great. Location just 10 minutes from Hobbiton, surroundings, nice and quiet. And the place itself? Gorgeous! Really spacious, equipped with anything you can think of, Gerda provided us with variety of food options like eggs, homemade bread and jam, yogurts and drinks in the fridge. But most importantly the vibe of the place was great. We felt like home and wished to stay there for longer. Highly recommended. And as for the navigation someone complained about- no issue at all. GPS and also Gerda’s description you receive in advance is accurate!
