Felt like home, very large and clean room with small private terrace. Louise is a great host and very helpful. Not to mention the delightful breakfast with lots of fruits prepared by Louise. The Place is very close to the village and the restaurants. Also, we had lots of fun with Messy the dog. We really loved to stay here and we will highly recommend this place to our friends in Malaysia and Switzerland.

We felt welcome from the start and were impressed by how well built & equipped the room was. Breakfast was so good I suspected a chef was in the kitchen, but it was Heather & Don taking care of us :) 10 out if 10!

Beautifully cooked delicious breakfast, very ample amounts and choices. Friendly and helpful hosts - I was made to feel very welcome and at home by Stu and Barbara. A magical fairy made sure there was hot water available on the hall console outside my room so I could make my cup of tea first thing! Ultimate winner! Lovely green outdoor patio area and also an upstairs balcony/verandah to sit so plenty of fresh air and light.

Te Mata Bay Seaviews provides accommodation opposite Te Mata Beach and features views of the sea. You can relax on the patio and enjoy the sunsets. The million-dollar see view definitely is an advantage to stay here!

Nicely situated, easy 3 min walk to a great breakfast spot, and close proximity to restaurants for lunch/dinner too; close to Hahei Beach or an easy walk to catch the bus that runs every 20 mins to the Catherdral Cove drop off. Super clean throughout, clean bathroom & bunk beds in adjoining room were great.

Situated in Waihi Beach in the Bay of Plenty Region, 65 km from Mount Maunganui, Beach B&B features a barbecue and views of the garden. Great location. It was just what we needed after a long travel day.
