Swiss-Kiwi Retreat A Self-contained Appartment or a Tiny House option in Tauranga provides adults-only accommodation with a garden and barbecue facilities. The location was so peaceful & tranquil. The whole place exceeded our expectations. The cabin was very querky with nice finishing touches. The rural atmosphere added to the whole enjoyable experience with the cat & friendly chooks. Breakfast was an absolute delight with homemade yogurt, bread & delicious jams and to top the stay off Rolf & Monica were so welcoming & friendly right down to the final farewell where we felt we had made amazing new friends. From the lovely room and garden setting through to the beautifully presented home made breakfast it was perfection. I spent have several nights there and not once, particularly during a hectic and extremely hot New Year, did she falter. All the best for this enterprise.

This has been our favourite overnight stay during our trip to the north island. Excellent accommodation, lovely hosts with lots of great information about the area and gave us tips on where to go once we left. Highly recommend this property. After staying in motels most of this trip my husband who is quite tall appreciated the shower, best shower he's had in 2 weeks 😄. Great location as well.
