HOTEL RUPAKOT AND ROOFTOP RESTAURANT ligger i Bhaktapur, 12 km fra Patan Durbar-pladsen, og tilbyder indkvartering med spa-faciliteter. Beliggenheden var rigtig god. Rooftop med skøn udsigt over bjergene. Skønt at sidde deroppe og spise morgenmad, som iøvrigt var god. Flinke og hjælpsomme brødre som havde hotellet. To af tre værelser vi fik var meget små, men på den anden side var det også billigt at bo der. Sengene var gode.

Hotel vintage Home ligger i Bhaktapur, 200 m fra Bhaktapur Durbar-pladsen og 12 km fra Patan Durbar-pladsen. Der er fælles opholdsstue og byudsigt. Der er fælles køkken og udendørs pejs. The staff is super helpful and honest. They recommend you the best places and do not try to take money from you. The hotel is also very clean and in a good location. The breakfast was very delicious aswell. Definetly recommend!

Gurung's Home ligger i Kathmandu, 2,1 km fra Swayambhu og 2,6 km fra Kathmandu Durbar-pladsen, og har have og rolig gadeudsigt. When it comes to friendly staff, Gurung's home is top of the line. The Airline lost our luggage and the personel at Gurung did its best to help us. For a budget hotel, you get great value for your money. In the end we paid peanuts for a 2 day stay and great breakfast. The water in the showers is heated via solar panels. So don't expect a warm shower from the start. But again, you get a warm welcome, a decent bed and good breakfast. What more could you want after a busy day in Kathmandu.

Excellent meals were available at very good prices, including breakfast, lunch and dinner. The accommodation was above the city - out of the smog and in a quiet location. Other guests were friendly and interesting.

Pradhan House-Homestay (Bhaktapur) Everything about this homestay was excellent. The hosts: Ganesh and Rupa are extremely nice, and they are helpful in every way. They go out of their way to be sure you enjoy your visit. Location: A short walk from Dattatraya Square, on a tiny side street. It is a five to ten minute walk from Durbur Square and the majority of major temples, museums, and other important sites. All sorts of shops are nearby. The homestay itself: Quiet comfortable rooms with good beds and nice bathrooms, and showers that are hot. Set in a beautiful garden plaza behind a gate and wall. Private feeling. Wifi was strong and fast. NTC cell reception was also strong. Food: We had truly delicious breakfasts there every day. A variety of breakfasts are offered. Their other meals are probably equally good, but we chose to eat at some of the local restaurants, of which there are many, for the sake of variety. If we return to Bhaktapur we would choose to stay here again.
