Offering a restaurant, Løvheim Gjestehus is located in Sauland village. All the brightly decorated rooms include free WiFi access and a private bathroom with shower. The breakfast was good. We bought a dinner upon our arrival. It was excellent. Marijke made us feel very welcomed. I started to feel like I was part of her family. The bedroom was well appointed as the other public spaces. My only wish - I wish we could have stayed longer.

Nutheim Gjestgiveri is a family-run wooden hotel built in 1877. The hotel’s view over the Flatdal Valley is famous and has attracted painters and artists for generations. It was a good experience at the Norwegian historical hotel having a lot of paintings and a beautiful garden. The dinner was excellent and the breakfast was fresh. All the staff are kind and have good parking lots. I'd highly recommend this place and I wish to come back.

This guesthouse lies between the Telemark villages of Bø and Seljord, 500 metres from Seljord Lake. It offers a hot tub and sauna facilities as well as free WiFi and private parking. Loved my stay at Solheim Overnatting! The host was incredibly kind and polite, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived.

Situated just 11 km from Bø Summerland, Børte gård features accommodation in Lunde with access to a private beach area, an outdoor swimming pool, as well as full-day security. Beautiful location, overlooking a tranquil lake surrounded by mountains. Horses and apple orchard. Morning fog on the lake was lovely. The calls of cranes echoing from the hills. The 1770 stabbur was very roomy and well-equipped with bathroom, kitchen, TV. I loved the history of the place—like a museum. Short drive to Bo or Lunde, Telemark. Torstein and Goril were charming hosts. I plan to return and recommend to my family.

Offering a garden and mountain view, Løvheim Gjestehus - Anneks is located in Sauland, 39 km from Gaustatoppen and 15 km from Heddal stave church. Dinner and breakfast were good ! The owners are really nice.

Fyresdal Bed and Breakfast is situated in Moland. Boasting luggage storage space, this property also provides guests with an outdoor fireplace. The place is an old, charming house that's very warm and cosy. Shower inside the room, toilet is shared and outside of the room but to be honest we didn't find it an issue. Location is very safe, next to the local Spar. The breakfast is simple but does the job. There's optional dinner that you can go for at extra charge that I would recommend if you are willing the taste some local food. The food that's prepared by the hosts is very tasty and the price is reasonable. Speaking of the hosts, they are absolutely lovely - super attentive, really trying to make you feel welcome and very accommodating. Thank you for the great experience!

Situated in Morgedal, Morgedal Gjestehus features free WiFi and BBQ facilities. All guests can enjoy free coffee and tea. Well situated and very calm. Friendly host. Large windows good for sunlight.

This traditional family-run B&B is in the Telemark village of Dalen, 500 metres from the Telemark Canal. The modern rooms include a private bathroom with shower. Nice host, good breakfast, spacious room.
