We found this place by accident. We had stayed in another booking property the night before which wasn't great. So during our walk deciding to stay somewhere else we found this gem! We immediately went to book it and so happy we did! The beds are comfy, the rooms are spacious and bright and overall a nice vibe!

It was amazing and fantastic!! Actually I went to another accommodation first,but it was full of booking. Although that’s why I chose this one, my choice was definitely correct!! I mean, I was lucky because I had time to stay here. 1. The facilities are fantastic!! All of them are clean,neat and comfortable. In particular, towels are soft and cozy fabric. Additionally owners gave me new one in the other days. A member of the staff clean my room every day!! Moreover, I found bottled water inside a fridge. The service were incredible for me!! 2. Owners are extremely hospitable!! They listened to my talk and had conversation with me, even though they were busy. They took care of me without a lot of talking. It reminds me a family:) I feel they are my second parents in Walvisbay :) I love to stay here with them! 3. Location is fantastic I was able to go to super market, coffeeshop,Lagoon , laundry shop, and some touristic areas on foot!! It was quite convenient.

Alternative Space B & B is set a 5-minute drive from the centre of Swakopmund. This arty and alternative bed and breakfast offers unique accommodation. Lots of "space", big different rooms. Very comfortable. The bathroom facilities are part of the room which adds to the atmosphere, but you have to feel comfortable with this. Very friendly hosts. Good breakfast and lovely kitchen that guest can use for a quick meal. This is not a hotel, but a very special b&b. Parking is inside gate.

My husband and I traveled together and our room was spacious and super comfortable and cozy. And Nelly made our experience extremely amazing. She went above and beyond and it was also noted by other guests especially during breakfast. She made sure we were always comfortable each day we were there and we couldn't thank her enough. She truly did go above and beyond for us and the other guests. Definitely staying here again. And would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Swakopmund.
