We had a wonderful stay at Casa Mayo and had the option to upgrade to their biggest room, which was beautiful and incredibly spacious with a private bathroom! The bed was so comfortable and while the shower pressure was on the low side, there was good hot water. It was also great to stay in a quieter neighbourhood, that is not too far from central (10 min by taxi) Sheny was friendly and very helpful with our questions, organising taxis and suggesting things to do - even left us hats for a day trip :) We will miss Casa Mayo a lot!

Heart-breaking to leave as you make friends along the way with guests that stay there at the same time as well. Highly recommend it!

We were celebrating our 28th wedding anniversary and they provided with an excellent dinner right on the beach with a view of the ocean and has a waiter always looking after our needs. And the food was awsome.
