Hidden Lake Cottages Sigiriya is located in Sigiriya and features a private pool and lake views. Featuring babysitting service, this property also provides guests with a picnic area. Bovi was caring & extremely friendly. She took care of all our needs & did everything she could to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast was generous & tasty. The cottage is located within 5mins drive from the Sigiriya Lion Rock site & close to many restaurants & other travel amenities (such as ATM & laundry).

Offering a garden and garden view, Simoya Nature Park is set in Dambulla, 19 km from Sigiriya Rock and 22 km from Pidurangala Rock. Most of the important things are already mentioned in previous comments (so keep in mind reading them as well) but I don't want to miss out sending my personal little review too. This stay has been one of my highlights during my travel through Sri Lanka. I didn't expect much - just some days in Dambulla for visiting the caves and doing some hikes. And whatever you expect you will definitely make new friends with this amazing family. Deepal and Madhu make you feel home and more than welcome at their quite, peaceful homestay. They care about their guests and their well-being as soon as you send over your booking. The accommodation itself is very new, comfortable and individually decorated. I didn't miss anything during my (way too short!) stay of 3 nights. And yes - everyone is so right about the food that is freshly prepared by Madhu and her lovely mother. This was not just enough feeding myself and at least 3 more people - it also has been so delicious *and I'm a picky one*, spicy, original, made with love, varied, they even took care of my allergies! Simply great. We went for walks, drives and hikes, had great supper together, even the most inspiring and deep conversations, we tried our best to get some petrol (such unique adventure - unfortunately not for the people in Sri Lanka atm), their kids are adorable and great fun. Their parents are lovely as well, great teachers and full of passion! And then there is Windy - their dog ♡ I found friends and I will come back as well.

1.7 km from Sigiriya Rock, Hungry Lion Resort is a recently renovated property situated in Sigiriya and features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. Nice and friendly host, clean rooms and good breakfast. Host organized a Safari tour to Eco-park - it was worth! Good accomodation for children - enough space for running around and our little one could watch different animals. We would stay here again.

Located within 3.5 km of Sigiriya Rock and 4.5 km of Pidurangala Rock in Sigiriya, Relax Nature Villa offers accommodation with seating area. Truly one of the most beautiful free places I have ever seen. Hospitality is top notch. The whole family including Mahinda is very kind. We were treated well. The food was delicious. The birds singing in the morning brightened our day. The room is very clean..They also arranged a boat ride for us.It was really a great experience for us.Relax nature villa is a complete place for those who are looking for freedom.Thank you.Specially Mahinda.

Featuring garden views, Sigiri Free View Tree House & Villa features accommodation with balcony, around 1.4 km from Sigiriya Rock. A really nice family! We have eaten the best rice and curry here and Rohan is the best guide in the search of elephants. He will do anything for the best place nearby the elephants. The place is nearby the Main Street with other bars, restaurants and cafe’s. But you must eat here at least one night! Don’t fall for the Elephant riding scam in Sigiriya city.

Boasting garden views, Roy's Villa offers accommodation with a garden, a bar and barbecue facilities, around 8.2 km from Sigiriya Rock. Great dorms with only 4 per room, great staff and atmosphere. I met so many people that I’ve been travelling with afterwards. Highly recommended!

Located in Sigiriya, within 1 km of Sigiriya Rock and 3.7 km of Pidurangala Rock, The Cattleya Guest House provides accommodation with a garden and free WiFi throughout the property as well as free... The greenery that surrounds the house. It's so well kept and peaceful there. The room is big and well equipped. The owner and his son are lovely and take such good care of you. It was a wonderful experience. I would 100% stay here again.

Offering a garden and lake view, Victory Villa Sigiriya is set in Sigiriya, 3.2 km from Sigiriya Rock and 4.3 km from Pidurangala Rock. most beautiful accommodation in sri lanka. the highlights: good breakfast, very clean and right in the countryside, quiet except for monkeys and a variety of birds. the two hosts and their children are very sweet and sincere. we got a lunch togo with us when we left and the host drives us from a to b in a Jeep :)

Located in Sigiriya, 600 m from Pidurangala Rock, Sigiri Close-up View Guest features a garden and views of the mountain. The hospitality of the hosts were exceptional. The food, the ambience were also top notch. Highly recommended.
