Gentilissimo Andrew per avermi spiegato un po’ di cose sulla loro tradizione e dato vari consigli sulla vista degli elefanti e trasporti. Anche Dananjaya per essere stato disponibile ad aiutarmi a trovarmi una soluzione per spostarmi ed avermi accompagnato alla fermata del bus. Un posto di cui non mi dimenticherò.

We decided to stop in at the Golden Residence to break up our trip to Kandy. The owner was great and very accomodating. Our rooms were very large and spotless and the tour of the hotel gardens was fun. We had to leave early and the had a huge and tasty breakfast spread ready to go for us. Best value and cleanest rooms we have had to date in Sri Lanka!!

All the payments for your stay are dedicated to the preservation of the forest. Wonderful.

We stayed for 1 night in the Villa. The owner and her staff were great. What a hospitality and a more than nice breakfast and dinner! Also the owner arranged for us the rafting experience on the nearby river, GREAT ! Nice swimming pool and a great view.
