29 km from Al Yarmok University, ( b&b ) Gadara rent room is a recently renovated property set in Umm Qays and offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. Ibrahim was a fantastic host. He was welcoming, informative and kind. He cooked us a fantastic local breakfast, and gave us some great information about the archeological site and history of the area. His B&B is in a fantastic location - only a two minute drive or 10 minute walk to the archeological site. I would highly recommend staying with him in Um Qais!

The interior of the house as well as the garden are really beautiful. The view from our window was also nice. The breakfast was the best we got in Jordan so far. The place is just a short walk away from the ruins.

Owner is very well behaved...he made tea for us by himself....we got warm welcome by his daughter which was very much cordial....we asked for home made food and he cooked for maklouba and beef cofta and he dined with us also which was a very good expereince we ever had.......Overall experience was very good....we recommend this homestay/ hotel for staying at Umm qais....Thank you Ahmed for great hoapitality..

We stayed for one night and were so happy with our stay. The main thing that made it so nice were the hosts, they were so kind and attentive. It feels a bit like a home stay with a family which we really liked, and their garden is beautiful as well as the breakfast they made us.

Beautiful house in an amazing location on a hillside overlooking the Pella ruins. The house and location were both so atmospheric and it really felt like you had escaped from it all. Also, the dinner and breakfast served were the best and the hosts who live a short walk away were very kind. We also recommend the Pella site tour with the female archaeologist guide (sorry forgotten her name!) very informative!
