29 km from Al Yarmok University, ( b&b ) Gadara rent room is a recently renovated property set in Umm Qays and offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. Ibrahim was a fantastic host. He was welcoming, informative and kind. He cooked us a fantastic local breakfast, and gave us some great information about the archeological site and history of the area. His B&B is in a fantastic location - only a two minute drive or 10 minute walk to the archeological site. I would highly recommend staying with him in Um Qais!

We stayed for one night and were so happy with our stay. The main thing that made it so nice were the hosts, they were so kind and attentive. The house and location were both so atmospheric and it really felt like you had escaped from it all. Also, the dinner and breakfast served were the best and the hosts who live a short walk away were very kind. We also recommend the Pella site tour with the female archaeologist guide (sorry forgotten her name!) very informative!
