Real Rooms is situated in La Spezia, a 5-minute walk from La Spezia Centrale Train Station and 1.2 km from the ferry port, both offering links to the UNESCO Cinque Terre National Park. Location is great ,near Station and restaurant. Staff very nice service. Facilities is good.

Nastanitev se nahaja v stavbi iz 14. stoletja v narodnem parku Cinque Terre, 50 m od skalnate obale Riomaggioreja. Ponuja sobe s pogledom na morje in satelitsko televizijo. The location on the harbour was exceptional and nearby swimming in the warm (even in October) clear Mediterranean. Management was very helpful and friendly.

It's a short walk away from the station, which is great for everyday travel to Cinque Terre. There is a focacceria next door, a fruit and veg shop across the road and a supermarket almost round the corner😉. The place was super clean and the host was super welcoming and polite. There was a bottle of water waiting for each of us in the fridge and a few biscuits waiting on the table.

The room fits everything, the A.C and the T.V were brand new and Smart.

Very nice apartment! Newly renovated and very fresh, clean. Esmeralda, the host, is nice and super friendly!!! The location was also very good, lower than 10 min walk to La Spezia train station. Very easy to get to Cinque Terre. A grocery store was very nearby. Everything was excellent!

It is an apartment that they reformed to have 3 hotel rooms. The rooms have everything you could need and in perfect conditions. Really clean and tidy. The attention from the hosts was amazing. They left us some cookies and wine and clean everything everyday.
