Joseph the owner is right nearby for any question big or small, so kind and accommodating. The studio is beautifully appointed with kitchenette, lovely balcony. Mine looked out onto foliage and quiet street. It’s amazing how quiet and peaceful the apartment is given its proximity to Rothschild (a stone’s throw). Groceries, cafes, restaurants all nearby. Walkable to Neve Tzedek, Nahalat Binyamin, Beach, Carmel market. (And for you Americans out there… I’ve never had such amazing hot water pressure anywhere in Israel ;)). You simply cannot go wrong at Rothschild Studios. Thank you for a beautiful stay. ❤️

Die Unterkunft Rosen Villa at Ramat Hahayal hat einen Außenpool, einen Garten, eine Gemeinschaftslounge und eine Terrasse in Tel Aviv. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet. Das Bett war gut. Zimmer nicht so groß, aber dafür ganz tolle ,geräumige Gemeinschaftsräume. Küche voll ausgestattet. Wachmaschine und Wäscheständer vorhanden. Jede Menge Sitzecken, auf dem Dach oder unten am Pool. Dadurch hat man das Gefühl, in einem Ferienhaus zu wohnen. Die Kommunikation über WhatsApp mit Arik dem Vermieter klappte ausgezeichnet und alles gut erklärt. Auch immer hilfsbereit , zum Beispiel Taxi bestellen. Vielen Dank Wir können diese Unterkunft wärmstens weiter empfehlen.

The property was exceptionally clean and comfortable. It was super well run, all the information we needed to find the location and check-in and out was provided ahead of time. There was on-site staff there in the morning was super helpful and set us up for a great day in Tel Aviv. The kitchen had tea, coffee and cutlery and the shared bathrooms were amble and very clean.
