The location was fantastic, within walking distance of the town. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The house was charming with a lovely outdoor space. The hosts were friendly and warm. We didn't want to leave and we'll definitely be back.

Set in the beautiful Cooley Hills with coastal and forest views, Safe Haven is close to popular mountain, forest and beach walks, and a 10 minute drive to the medieval village of Carlingford. Safe Haven is the perfect place to admire the surrounding areas. The house was spotless, beds extremely comfortable and the facilities fantastic. Mark was a lovely host. I am only sad we didn't get longer to enjoy the property.

Excellent location just outside Carlingford and Greenore. The lady of the house cooks a fine feed of breakfast. Much better than staying at a hotel and the room was massive. I plan to make a trip up for the Cooley poc fada in 2024. Please God this venue is available when I return.
