The room was really comfortable and neat as well, and I appreciated the warm breakfast made by them every morning :) Truly a delight if you'd like a quiet and serene stay, a bit away from the main Cork city. I'll definitely want to come back here!

Situated in Skibbereen, in a historic building, 8.4 km from St Patrick's Cathedral, Skibbereen, Stone Barn is a recently renovated guest house with a garden and terrace. We stayed only one night but we had a great experience at Stone Barn. Karin was a great host who gave us a warm welcome. Our room had everything we needed and the bathroom was very spacious and very clean. Soft towels and also bathrobes were present. Best of all was the breakfast, we could choose from a whole menu and everything was freshly made by Karin's husband Stuart. It was excellent, we ate as much as we could. Would definitely stay there again when given the chance.

Highly recommend, Marian was an amazing host, she went above and beyond for us, such a warm welcome , beautiful home so comfortable, amazing nights sleep, amazing breakfast and the home made scones on arrival and for breakfast such a treat , we loved everything about this B&B But most of all we loved Marian a warm friendly Irish welcome who made her home our home for the 2 nights we stayed , we will defently be returning thank you Marian x
