Borja and Yuyun are excellent hosts that offers you the warmest welcome that you can imagine. They are very kind and help you with any and every question you might have about the place and the island. Every single item in the rooms were well thought. Room was very clean. Having a mini fridge, boiler in the room was great to have. Location is fantastic as it's a bit remote in the island which offers you a calm place to relax. Having the ocean right beneath you is remarkable. Food in the restaurant which is running as a side business, "La Boca Chica", was a great surprise for us as it really exceeded our expectations for taste and variety. We were not comfortable to ride scooter and Borja was kind enough to give us a practice session which shows how far they are willing to go for helping their guests!

Mempunyai taman, teras, serta restoran, Juma cottages berlokasi di Tuktuk Siadong. Di guest house, setiap kamar dilengkapi balkon. The scenery from Juma Cottages is really awesome. The host Pino n Jelita and other staff is very friendly n helpful. Recommended n will come again next year.

Sumatra Cheeky Monkeys mempunyai taman, lounge bersama, teras, dan bar di Bukit Lawang. Selain fasilitas barbekyu, Anda juga dapat memanfaatkan WiFi gratis dan parkir pribadi gratis. We had a fantastic time at Cheeky Monkeys. The staff were incredibly kind, and it was wonderful to hang out with them in the common area. They were also very helpful with everything we needed. Our jungle trekking experience with them was absolutely awesome! Huge thanks to all the guides at Cheeky Monkeys. We highly recommend staying here; the rooms are comfortable, the common areas are inviting, and the garden is simply astonishing.

Location is perfect, you are in the middle of everything, amazing owners, very kind and helpful, they will even give you welcome drink (tea, coffee or water) and pick you up at the bus station (which i didnt expect), owner is good guide too, definitely worth to stay

Nachelle Homestay menawarkan pemandangan Gunung Sinabung, dan terletak sejauh 15 menit berjalan kaki dari pusat Berastagi. Terdapat akses internet gratis di area umum. The people are what define a place. I felt completely at home during my entire stay at Nachelle’s. I arrived late, around 11.30 PM, and Mery kindly turned on the heater, even though it’s typically only operational until 10 PM. She also organized all the excursions I wanted to do in Berastagi. When I inquired about renting a flashlight for the hike because I didn’t bring one, she graciously lent me one. Her husband, Abdy, was incredibly friendly, welcoming and full of humor. Additionally the hike was quite educational as he shared interesting facts about volcanoes and some flora and fauna encountered along the way. Mery’s pizza is also a must-try!
