We were surprised by the approach of the owner and his staff, even before our arrival. Big change compared to the past ....! We will be happy to return. The very first thing you need to consider when coming here is the great price (best ratio for what you pay and what you get). To get to the closest beach, you'll need to take a 10 minute walk, quite hilly, but nothing to be scared of, remember again the price you are paying for and in my honest opinion, instead of paying 2-3-4x times the price just to be closer, I prefer to stay here for a longer period. Cleanliness is also great, the bedsheets and the towels are pure white, clean and basically new, the furniture is also in a great condition, the bed is also very comfy and you get everything you need in the room, including a complete small kitchen, a hair dryer in the bathroom and a commonly used iron in the hallway. The staff is exceptional and very polite, they also gave us a better room for the same price and also let us park the car a little longer in the last day. :) We'll come back here whenever we'll visit Makarska again. Thanks!
