Boasting an outdoor swimming pool, Bel Residence is located 450 metres from Trstenik Beach and 900 metres from Firule Beach in Split. Very friendly stuff. Place feels like home, it’s clean and quite. Walk to old town and city centre takes only 15-20 minute walk. Beach is close as well. Blonde girl who works here is the best receptionist ever. 10/10

The host was nice and offered us welcome drinks when we arrived and made sure we knew how to use the public transportation. The air condition and basic amenities worked well. Great place to crash for a night or two when visiting Dubrovnik.

The shower was excellent, maid service as often as you wanted and some complementary drinks. We had number 2 with a balcony overlooking the garden . This gave us the opportunity to watch the tortoises. Anita the host was extremely helpful with her instructions and advice. We paid extra for breakfast at the Skalinada restaurant in the old town, it took about 10 minutes to walk along the marina and again it was faultless. The breakfast was good and the staff were friendly and helpful. We ate dinner there several times as we thought it so good.

Meticulously maintained family run and owned business who were very helpful, informative and kind from checkin through to check out. They responded quickly to our questions and went out of their way to help us book a day boat tour, book an Uber, and even packed us a small lunch for the 2 days we weren’t able to attend breakfast. Breakfast was excellent too! Pool was enjoyed and is perfect for cooling off at the end of the day or if you don’t want to go to the beach. The room was very modern and comfortable.
