Quiet & comfortable. Nice fluffy large towels and comfy beds/bedding. Modern bathroom. Very friendly staff and excellent breakfast included. The room had everything we needed. Wish we had arrived a little earlier to enjoy a drink down in the bar. 

Set in a Grade II listed building, this hotel combines historic charm with modern convenience, still retains its original features, open fires and wonderful antiques. Fabulous place from 1450. So well decorated, warm and inviting. I had a long chat with a most charming woman(58) (did not get her name) in the reception. A former teacher. It is nice when staff takes the time to talk with you about the hotel and other things. It made my stay perfect! Just book this place!

Located 14 km from Ricoh Arena, 17 km from FarGo Village and 18 km from NEC Birmingham, Hood Lane Farm B&B provides accommodation situated in Arley. Beautifully maintained in a peaceful surrounding. Hosts were brilliant with very helpful recommendations for the area. And breakfast was lovely. we wish we’d had more time to enjoy!

Although the rooms are up stairs he was there to carry the bags up. Very helpful with a map and a hot drink of you choice after arrival, to explain the town, restaurants etc. A wonderful cooked breakfast next morning.. Very happy.

The location is perfect - not at city center, allowing to have a parking, but at easy walking distance to the city center. We enjoy our stay so much.
